How it is built

One interface, any provider
OpenAI, Anthropic or another provider behind a single interface in your code. Switching is a configuration change, not a rewrite.

Usage capped per account and per plan
Calls are counted per account, and the limits follow your pricing, so a heavy customer cannot eat their own margin.

Failures handled
Failed calls are retried, then shown to your users as a clear message. The rest of the app keeps working.

What is sent to the provider is decided and written down, feature by feature, before the sprint starts.

Do we need to rewrite our app?
No. The feature goes into your existing Laravel app, next to the code your team already maintains.
Which AI providers do you work with?
OpenAI and Anthropic, both in production on my own product. The interface is written so another provider can be added without touching the feature.
What happens to our customers' data?
Only the data a feature needs is sent, and that list is written down before the sprint starts. Access to your code starts once the NDA and the data processing agreement are signed.
How do we keep the cost under control?
Usage is counted per account and capped per plan, so the cost of each customer stays inside what they pay you.
Who maintains it after the sprint?
Your team, from the code and the written note delivered with it. If you want me to stay on it, that is the Fractional Laravel Lead.
